Ingredients & Storage

Made with wheat flour (gluten), honey, eggs, sugar, butter and dairy (cream/sour cream). Some flavours include cocoa, berries, caramel, or nuts.

Contains: gluten (wheat), eggs, milk/dairy. May contain traces of tree nuts (pistachio and other). Please check allergens before consuming.

Storage: Keep refrigerated at 0–5°C. For the best flavour and texture, remove from the fridge 15–20 minutes before serving. Best enjoyed within 3–4 days of collection.

Our Raspberry Honey Cake (Medovik) is made from seven thin honey layers that are slowly baked, then filled with silky cream and vibrant raspberry.

The gentle sweetness of honey meets the bright freshness of raspberry, creating a cake that is soft, balanced, and beautifully aromatic — never overly sweet. After resting, the layers absorb the cream and become incredibly tender, developing the delicate texture Medovik is loved for.

Refined, delicate, and naturally flavourful, this cake is perfect for celebrations or whenever you want something elegant and memorable.
