Our Caramel Honey Cake (Medovik) is a traditional layered honey cake made with thin, honey-infused layers and homemade caramel, creating a smooth, buttery sweetness balanced by delicate floral honey notes.
Made with care and quality ingredients, this refined flavour brings warmth and quiet sophistication to the table. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone or simply treating yourself, this layered classic delivers an indulgent experience that leaves a lasting impression.
Made with wheat flour (gluten), honey, eggs, sugar, butter and dairy (cream/sour cream). Some flavours include cocoa, berries, caramel, or nuts.

Keep refrigerated at 0–5°C. For the best flavour and texture, remove from the fridge 15–20 minutes before serving. Best enjoyed within 3–4 days of collection.
