The original is light, slightly gingery and delicious but my favourite was the pistachio raspberry. The subtle tang from the fruit elevated the cake to absolute perfection.
Amazing service being able to preorder the cake boxes. So difficult to choose between the different flavours so a really good opportunity to be able to sample the ones I wanted beforehand. Problem is they're all so delicious it's still a difficult choice! Sour Cherry and Raspberry firm favourites but the Caramel was pretty divine too!

Amazing honey cake! We ordered a medium thinking it would last a couple of days for two people, but it’s huge, so we might need help finishing it. Absolutely delicious.
Ordered this one for my team at work and the feedback was just something else. Most people have never heard of the Russian honey cake. It was devoured within minutes and the conversation just kept rolling on and on about the flavour and little nuances and the aesthetics of the cake. Everyone loved it!
I’ve had the pleasure of trying 3 of the flavours and have always loved medovik from childhood, and now have found one that takes me right back.

Absolutely loved this honey cake! 🍯✨ It was incredibly fresh, soft, and full of the most delicious flavour — you can really tell it’s made with love. The texture was perfect and not overly sweet, just beautifully balanced.
On top of that, the communication from this small business was amazing — so friendly, responsive, and easy to deal with. It makes such a difference supporting businesses that genuinely care about their customers.

Honestly these cakes are the best ever. From the presentation to the incredible texture of the multitude of layers through to the complex and delicious combination of flavours and don't get me started on how these cakes have the absolute perfect sweetness level.
You'd be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't try one of their honey cakes!
