HONEYMISU box is 9.5 x 9.5 x 6cm in size and weighs approximately 250gm depending on filling.
Made with wheat flour (gluten), honey, eggs, sugar, butter and dairy (cream/sour cream). Some flavours include cocoa, berries, caramel, or nuts.

Storage: Keep refrigerated at 0–5°C. For the best flavour and texture, remove from the fridge 15–20 minutes before serving. Best enjoyed within 3–4 days of collection.
The Honey Cakes - Medovik
Classic Honey Cake (Medovik) is a traditional Eastern European layered cake with a recipe that has been passed down through generations. We bring it to your table to celebrate your truly memorable events.
Each layer is infused with raw golden honey rolled by hand to preserve its distinctive flavour. The silky cream is light in texture with the perfectly balanced sweetness, which make this cake rich yet not overly luscious.

Absolutely amazing honey cake, so moist and perfectly sweet. We ordered a large cake for our daughter’s birthday after trying some at the Essendon Markets, and it comfortably fed 30 people with some cake left over. Kati was incredibly accommodating throughout the process. The cake was delivered right on time, and they even included a birthday sign and a candle, which was such a thoughtful and special touch. The cake was a huge hit with all of our guests. We highly recommend them and will definitely be ordering again!
The Medovik honey cake was exceptional, especially with the pistachio and raspberry twist. The honey layers were soft and aromatic, and the pistachio cream brought a beautiful pistachio nuttiness that made the cake feel richer and more indulgent.
