You’re welcome to contact us by phone, text message or email between 09am and 8.00pm Monday to Sunday. As we are a small business and may be busy baking, preparing orders or attending markets, we may not always be able to respond immediately. However, we aim to respond to all enquiries as soon as reasonably possible.
If your enquiry relates to an existing order, please include your order number and the name used when placing the order so we can assist you more quickly.
For urgent enquiries regarding an order due for collection or delivery on the same day, please contact us by phone or text message.
Requests to change or cancel an order should be made as early as possible. Changes and cancellations are subject to our applicable cancellation, refund and order policies.
