When it comes to honey cake, I’ve had my fair share in London, Melbourne, Tasmania and Sydney. So trust me when I say this was an absolutely delight! Everything about it was so balanced! It was moist, full of flavour that wasn’t overly sweet. Literally melts in your mouth. A must try! I will be ordering a whole one because 2 slices definitely wasn’t enough 😅

This was a beautiful cake in both taste and presentation. My family all loved this cake which we bought for my 30th birthday. We bought the regular size and cut it into 16 very generous slices. The reviews about this cake being the just the right amount of sweetness were correct! Thanks again for the stunning cake, it was the perfect addition to our celebrations. Can’t wait to try some other flavours in the future 🍯❤️✨
